the industry and enticing them to work with a client. With

candidate to appear. Often only partially acceptable
candidates are found and then placed in the wrong
opportunities. This isn’t what Diversity Staffing, or
recruiting itself is about! Diversity Staffing uses the lost
art of recruiting to really look at the talent available in
the industry and source the right candidate. This ensures
when the clients and candidates meet they both will meet
their goals, both now and in the future!

founded by Eric Grandmaison in 2000 as a one-person
recruiting firm. Through Eric’s dedication, positive
attitude and professionalism towards his candidates and
